We offer a concierge data migration service for teams that are making the switch from TeamUnify or Swim Manager. You can either use our services to migrate to your new site, or you can follow our easy instructions below to handle the migration yourself.
After you've set up your new site, follow the steps below to begin your migration.
Due to popular demand, it may take a few weeks to schedule your migration. Please contact us asap to get in our queue. Alternatively, you may wish to begin the steps for self-migration.

Our migration service includes:
- Roster Data – swimmers, parents, and family account information
- Time History – past meet results and records
- Website Content – page content and other key materials
Once our sales team has worked with your league or team to set up our Data Migration Service for your team, and after you've set up your site, we can schedule your migration.

Our migration team will send instructions to you so we can begin the migration process.
3. Work with our team to ensure a timely migration
Our migration specialists will collaborate with you to gather the data and content from your old platform. Please work with our team and supply them with the necessary information for a smooth migration.

Migrating Your Team Website
➧ Migrating Menu Structure
The first step will be to create a menu structure for your website. Consider whether you want to replicate your current structure or devise a fresh, new structure. See: Managing Menus and Navigation
➧ Migrating Static HTML Content
Next, you'll create a new page on your website and add it to the site’s menu structure. See: Creating and Editing Pages
Once you’ve created a new blank page on your site, the HTML content from most of your existing web pages can be copied from your old site and pasted into our text snippet editor. You can use the editing toolbar to adjust formatting to your preferences.
➧ Addressing Dynamically Generated Content
Some pages on your old website may be built from team data stored in the platform, including calendars, meet results, and so forth. We offer comparable modules for these pages. Where one of the following pages appears on your old site, consider our corresponding feature.

Navigate to the relevant pages and export any important data.
If you need a place to save downloaded data centrally, you can use the Uploaded Files section of your Swimtopia site -- go to Manage Team > Settings > Uploaded Files.
