Start a New Google Form
➧ Step 1: On your computer, open docs.google.com/forms
➧ Step 2: Sign in to your Google Account.
➧ Step 3: Start a New Google Form by selecting + Blank Form
Create Your Form Content
➧ Step 1: Give your Form a Name / Title
➧ Step 2: Add any necessary description to provide information or instructions to members on completing the form.
➧ Step 3: Create all of your form questions.
Copy Embed Code for Your Form
➧ Step 3: Set the width and height (this will change depending on where on your team site you are going to place the form)
➧ Step 4: Click the Copy button.
Add Embed Code to Your Team Site
➧ Step 1: Click the </> edit HTML icon from the toolbar:
➧ Step 2: Once you select the </> html editor, it opens the window that allows you to edit the html code for the page.
➧ Step 3: Paste the copied Google form embed information here:
➧ Step 4: Save your changes once pasting.
➧ Step 5: Now this Google form will show wherever you have placed it. Here we can see it on our registration form:
