Discount Codes are useful when you want to provide a discount off the registration fee to Committee Coordinators, Board Members, Assistant Coaches etc.

How Discount Codes Work

Discount codes are defined per registration form not per team.

Discount codes are not copied over when you copy registration forms.

Each discount code must have a unique code and discount amount (per registration form).

The discount code description is seen by users during checkout.

Multiple discount codes can be created within a form.

Only ONE discount code may be applied to a user's amount due at checkout. (a user cannot use more than one discount code when registering)

Discount codes cannot be removed once applied.

You can set an optional "limit" which will restrict the number of times the discount code can be used on the registration form. This limit is per code, not per family, so if one user registers twice using the same form, they can also checkout with the same code twice. Don't set a limit if you are unsure of how many are needed.

A discount code is considered "used" when the registration checkout is completed and confirmed (first come, first served).
- When a discount code is applied, the amount of the discount is automatically capped at the amount due to the team at checkout. Discount codes are not applied to fees from shared form sections (i.e. league fees), or any conditional fees to be captured at a later date.

When a member reaches the payment screen, they can enter the code you provided to them and click Apply to apply the discount.
