This article focuses on the SwimTopia athlete performance reports. There are many more reports available under the Reports tab of your admin console (Manage Team), and others can be found in your Meet Maestro meet (for teams using our meet management system).

Athlete Report Card
- The Athlete Report Card indicates a time improvement based on the seed time.
- Only displays valid results - DQs, DNS/NS, and SCRs are not included in the report.
- By default, results from events with NT (no time) entries are counted as “time improvements.” Since some teams don’t consider these to be true improvements, there’s a filter "Include NT entries in improvements" that lets you choose whether results without prior seed times should be included.
➧ I see duplicate results
If your team uploads results files manually, it usually means a new file was uploaded before the previous one finished processing. To resolve this, upload the results file again.
This issue can also happen when duplicate athlete accounts have been merged in between merging the meet entries and transferring the results (if using Meet Maestro's automatic results transfer feature). Submit a support ticket with the athlete's name, so we can revert the merge, and then remerge the accounts again.
➧ Meet entry rules can affect the results
If your meet entry rules only allow entry/seed times from the active season, the report will not consider times from previous seasons, and athletes will have NTs for their first meet. The "Include NT entries in improvements" would need to be checked for the results from their first meet to be considered a time improvement.
➧ Hidden meets don't appear in the Athlete Report Card report
It's likely that the meet in question has been set to not appear on the schedule. Confirm this from the "Edit" screen of the meet.

Save and Display .PDF Reports on your SwimTopia Site
Teams typically attach these files to the designated meet so it’s all visible on the calendar. To upload reports to your meet in SwimTopia, first save them as a PDF in Meet Maestro:
For both SwimTopia and Meet Maestro reports you can save reports in PDF format through your computer’s print function:
- Click “Print”
- For “Destination,” click “Change”
- Select “Save as PDF”
Then in SwimTopia go to Schedule > Select Meet Name > Files > New Attachment to upload.
