A meet’s Entries tab has a number of reports about the entries for that meet. Some of these reports only appear when other conditions are used, such as qualifying times or eligibility rules.
These reports are found within the meet under Schedule > Select Meet Name > Entries > Reports.
➧ Participants
The Participants report lists all the athletes who are attending the meet. “Undeclared” athletes will also be included if the Meet Setup Team Preferences Participation Assumptions is set to "Assume undeclared athletes will be participating in the meet."
Note: You can print this report and send a message to all the Participants using the Compose button.
➧ Missing Entries
The Missing Entries report lists all the athletes who have not declared if they are attending or not attending the meet. As with the Participants report, you can print this report or send a message to the athletes who have not declared attendance using the Compose button.
➧ First Time Entrants
The First Time Entrants report lists the athletes who have entered an event for the first time in the Swimtopia history. It lists the Swimmer, Age Group, and Event Description for the event they have entered for the first time. This report can also be sorted by Swimmer and Age Group. It can be printed, and you can communicate with these athletes via the Compose button
➧ Qualifiers
This report appears only when the meet’s events have qualifying times.
The Qualifiers report lists the Swimmer, Age Group, and the events they have qualified for. The results are sortable and can be printed, and the Compose button addresses a message to all the athletes who have qualified for this meet.
➧ Ineligible Athletes
This report appears only when the meet has minimum participation requirements.
The Ineligible Athletes report lists the athletes who have not met the minimum participation requirements defined in Meet Setup > Eligibility.
This report lists the Athletes and what their participation (splashes) was for the season. The report can be printed, and the ineligible athletes can be notified using the Compose button.
➧ Eligible Athletes
This report appears only when the meet has minimum participation requirements.
The Eligible Athletes report lists the athletes who have met the minimum participation requirements defined in Meet Setup > Eligibility. This report lists the Athletes and what their participation (splashes) was for the season. The report can be printed, and the eligible athletes can be notified using the Compose button.
➧ Absences
The Meet Absences report lists the athletes who have declared they are not attending the swim meet. Print this report or contact the "not attending" athletes using the Compose button.
➧ Coach Notes
The Coach Notes report lists all the Notes to Coach by athlete and age group.
You can enable Notes to Coach in Meet Setup > Team Preferences > Signup Options > “Allow parents/athletes to include additional notes to the coach.“ Print this report or communicate with the athletes who have left a note using the Compose button.
