Important Integration Details

➧ The online store is automatically set to use Stripe, for all teams with an active Stripe account.

➧ Seller pays the processing fees -- there is no way to designate otherwise, so increase your prices if you need to account for the processing fee.

➧ Online payment is the only option for the online store -- there is no way to set up other payment methods, such as check or member accounts. (this requirement did not change with Stripe)

If you have an active Stripe account, your online store will automatically be configured to send payments to your Stripe account.

Seller Pays the Fees

The online store is configured so the seller pays the Stripe processing fees (3.4% + 30c per transaction). There is no way to have the buyer pay the fees. Teams can adjust the price of their merchandise to help cover the cost of the payment transaction fees, if needed.

Refunds

Admins who have Financial privileges can issue Stripe refunds for online store orders from the Payments screen, under Reports.
