① Set up Your Stripe Account
The first step is to set up a Stripe Account in Settings > Stripe Account, where you'll follow the step-by-step Stripe Account Setup instructions. This is a simple, quick, process, provided you have the necessary information readily available.
» Note: Your Stripe account must be set up through your SwimTopia site. We are unable to connect to any other Stripe accounts except those created through our platform.
② Enable Stripe Payments in Your Registration Form(s)
Enable Stripe in your registration form to allow online payments. To do this, you will need to edit the “Payment” section of your Registration Form, and enable the new Stripe payment option.

③ Ensure League Fees Are Synced (if applicable)
If your league uses a Shared Acknowledgement Section (or Shared Waiver) to charge league fees, any updates to the existing league waivers will automatically be displayed on your registration form(s). If you had created your registration forms before your league created the shared acknowledgement forms, you will need to remove any old waivers and add the current waiver on your forms.
