➧ Report Details

Time Standard Achievement Report: highlights swimmers who achieved qualifying time standards, based on selected criteria, making it easy to recognize milestone achievements, championship qualifications, and performance growth. Coaches can use this report to monitor progress and celebrate new accomplishments throughout the season.
Qualifiers Report: specific to a time standard set applied to a meet to identify which athletes are "qualified" to enter the meet.

Need to set up your Time Standard Sets?

If your league does not control your time standard setup, then you need to create your own Time Standard Sets under Manage Team > Schedule > Time Standards. ➞ See Time Standards & Qualifying Times Overview to learn more.

Time Standard Achievement Report

➧ Location: Manage Team > Reports

➧ Search Criteria

Set your search criteria based on the Time Standard Sets shared by your league, or added manually to your team site (Schedule > Time Standards).

Other search criteria include:

Standard At Least: options are based on the Time Standard Set
Competition Category: All, Female, Male
Display: By Athlete, By Event
Event Type: Individual, Relay
Course (pool length): Meters, Yards, Long Course (if enabled)
Select Dates: All time, Selected season, Selected season and previous, Selected season and all prior, Custom date range
Selected Season: Seasons configured in your Schedule > Seasons, or custom date range (depends on "select dates" criteria)

The report can be printed and saved as a PDF. If you want to export the data, you will need to copy it into Excel. We do not support a CSV export at this time.

Athletes Qualified for a Specific Meet

➧ Qualifiers Report

If you have a meet set up with a Time Standard Set applied, you can view your Qualifiers report within the meet to view any athletes that have met the standards for that specific meet.

Here you can sort the Qualifiers by name or Age Group, and send a Message to the Qualifiers via Communications by clicking the Compose Email button.

Go to Schedule > Meet Name > Entries > Reports > Qualifiers

➧ Meet Entries Matrix

The Meet Entry Matrix under the Entries sub-tab will also show you who has qualified at a glance. Those achieving the times will have a white entry box letting you know they are eligible to be entered in this event.
