Scenario 1: You lost access after updating your season
This usually happens when people are assigned to a Role with full admin rights, but the Role is set up to be "reassigned every season," and then the season is updated. You would no longer be assigned to that Role in the new season, which would cause you to lose admin access.
Even if you are unsure how the Role was set up, if you lost access to the administrative team management screens after updating your season, this is most likely your scenario.
Scenario 2: Your admin rights were changed
If scenario 1 is not the issue, then it's possible your admin rights were changed. Whether this was on purpose or accidental, the first step would be to reach out to your team.
Steps to Resolve
Our policy for the security of our customers is to not change a user's permission unless there are no other team admins with access, and we can confirm in our system that the user is a team owner, or affiliated with the team and had the permissions previously.
We suggest checking with anyone else that you know has Super Admin (aka. red badge admin) rights on your team/board and see if they can update your profile with the appropriate administrative permissions, or reassign you to the appropriate Role.
