Steps to Clear Your Session |
➧ Sign out of your browser (ends your current session)

In the top-right of the site, click your name, profile icon, or Account.
Click Log out / Sign out.
Close the tab (or close the whole browser window) when you’re signed out.

➧ Clear the site’s saved session data (cookies/cache)

Pick the browser you use below:
Google Chrome (Windows / Mac)
Open Chrome.
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right → Settings.
Click Privacy and security → Third-party cookies (or Cookies and other site data).
Click See all site data and permissions (or All site data).
In the search box, type the website name (example: swimtopia).
Click the trash can / Remove next to that site.
Close Chrome completely, then reopen it.
➞ Quick shortcut (Chrome):
Windows: press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
Mac: press ⌘ + Shift + Delete Then choose Time range: All time, check Cookies and other site data (and optionally Cached images and files), then Delete data.
Safari (Mac / iPhone/iPad)
➞ Mac
Open Safari → Settings (or Preferences).
Click Privacy.
Click Manage Website Data…
Search for the website name.
Select it → Remove (or Remove All).
Quit Safari completely, then reopen it.
➞ iPhone/iPad
Open Settings → Safari.
Tap Clear History and Website Data.
Reopen Safari.
Microsoft Edge (Windows / Mac)
Open Edge.
Click the three dots (⋯) → Settings.
Click Privacy, search, and services.
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
Set Time range: All time.
Check Cookies and other site data (and optionally Cached images and files).
Click Clear now.
Close and reopen Edge.
Firefox (Windows / Mac)
Open Firefox.
Click the menu (☰) → Settings.
Click Privacy & Security.
Under Cookies and Site Data, click Manage Data…
Search for the website name → Remove Selected → Save Changes.
Close and reopen Firefox.

➧ Refresh the page
|
Go back to the site.

Do a normal refresh:
Windows: Ctrl + R
Mac: ⌘ + R

If it still looks “stuck,” do a hard refresh:
Windows (Chrome/Edge): Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac (Chrome): ⌘ + Shift + R
Mac (Safari): ⌘ + Option + R

➧ Sign back in
|
Click Sign in.
Enter your email and password.
If prompted, complete any email verification step.
Once you’re in, try the action again (the page or workflow you were having trouble with).
If you can’t sign in
Click Forgot password and reset it.

Try an Incognito/Private window:
If it still fails, Contact Support with the browser + device you’re using and what happened after you clicked Sign in.
