To access Meet Maestro, at least one meet MUST be merged. Steps include: creating a new meet in your Schedule, adding meet entries, and then merging the meet in the Merge/Export tab. Once you've merged the meet, you can access Meet Maestro.

For access to Swimtopia Meet, members can be assigned to a Role with Read or Manage Swim Meet Administrative Permissions (as seen in the screenshot below). » Note: Read-only swim meet access will limit the user to read-only mode. ![]() As an alternative, you can grant the Role to have "All Administrative Permissions" OR click the "Make Admin" button within the user’s profile, but only do this if the person can have full admin privileges. With either of these, they will be able to log in with their Swimtopia username and password. ➞ See Role-Based Permissions article for more on this topic. » Tip: If there are issues with someone logging in, an admin should check that their role has the appropriate permissions. |
Managing Admin Rights to Meets in Swimtopia Meet |

Teams that create their own meets can control whether the visiting teams have full-manage or read-only rights to meets in Swimtopia Meet that are linked. If the league is considered the meet "host" (meets added via a league schedule import), then this setting is controlled from the league site. The Swimtopia Meet Desktop application is necessary when running Swimtopia Meet with an external timing system. You will access and re-access your meet through the desktop application. There are three ways to access your meet. The main access point is from within your merged meet on your Swimtopia team management site. The other more direct approach is by direct access via Swimtopia Meet's URL. |

We provide a shortcut to quickly access your meet in Swimtopia Meet directly from the Schedule Page in the Swimtopia admin console. You will only see the icon after the meet entries have been merged. https://staginglion.swimtopia.us/manage/calendar_events |

After the meet is merged, a Swimtopia Meet button will appear in the header. Clicking on this button will launch Swimtopia Meet in a new window. Multiple admins, including admins on any of the participating teams using Swimtopia, may then click the Swimtopia Meet button to see the meet in Swimtopia Meet and run reports. The meet may be open in multiple browsers concurrently. |

Log in to an account with site admin or swim meet management level permissions at https://maestro.swimtopia.com.If you are a member of multiple teams, you will select the team first, and then you select the particular meet. (If you are a member of more than 50 teams, a search box will appear at the top of the team selection screen.)

Swimtopia Meet can work using the other browsers listed below, but it is NOT compatible with Internet Explorer. You will see the message below in Swimtopia Meet if your browser is no longer supported. (All major browsers are supported in the Swimtopia team management system, but some reports will print best using Chrome.) |
