    Hello Nathan,

    Thanks for reaching out! While your statement is true, since we want to cater to the masses, we do often add filters and sorting options that not all teams would benefit from, or might not realize the benefits of until they try them. We make every effort to provide robust reporting, but it is based on what we hear is needed by our customer base, so I can understand the need to customize.

    At this time, we don’t offer API access to our system. That said, we do have this logged as a feature request for our product team to consider, since it has been requested a few times. This is something we would announce if/when it's available in our release notes here.
