Role assignments

Role affiliations are not automatically rolling over to the current season. Even when they are deleted and re-created, the role badges are not showing up when we search under the current season in people. And when we search for administrators in the current season they are not showing up even though the badge affiliation shows when we look at everyone in the season.

  Hi Jodi,

  Role assignments are generally tied to the season. Assignments only remain if the role was set up with the following setting unchecked, “This role is reassigned every season”

  When unchecked, that tells the system that the role is not reassigned, so keep the assignments in tact. You can add/remove them as needed.

  That’s the only way the role assignment badges would remain, and those people would automatically roll over each season.

  In addition to role assignments, anyone with the red Admin badge would roll over.
