Moving Swimmers from one registration to another

Our team offers Rookie Camps for the first week of swimming, so parents have registered their swimmers for Rookie Camp and I would like to move the swimmer over to the Full Registration. Is there an option to toggle them over from one registration group to another? Thank you for your help--Kathy

  Hi Kathy,

  Each form is its own entity, so there is no way to move an athlete between them. Looking at your forms, they are completely different in regards to fees, waivers, volunteering, merch, etc, so if your campers are moving into the swim program, you would want to capture all of that information and have them pay the appropriate fee, I would assume. 

  In future seasons, maybe it would be easier if you set these camps up as merchandise items to offer on your regular form. They can be optional, but this would allow your parents to register once and select camps if they want their athlete to attend any.   For this season, I would suggest that these parents log in, which will auto-populate the last known contact information and the athletes they have registered. Then they can add/remove to register the camper for your swim season.

  The "remove" part is key, because if they have already registered other siblings for the team, they need to remove them and just add the sibling that has not been registered. If they don't remove the registered athletes, they will pay for them again. Parents usually figure this out once they are at the payment screen, but some don't...
