Introducing SwimTopia Tips & Tricks!
Our passion to make the swim experience fun for everyone fuels our daily goals to ensure swim team management is enjoyable for team admins, coaches and volunteers!
To support this effort, we want to share some tips and tricks for utilizing your SwimTopia tools to their fullest potential. Some of these tips and tricks will come from common questions we receive, while others will highlight features or information we want to make sure teams are aware of.
These will be posted in the Community section of our Help Center with a reference link in What’s New, so check back for the latest tips and tricks!
Our first tips focus on a few topics likely on most team admins’ minds right about now - - How do I set up for 2021 after the chaos of 2020, and how do I reach out for help when needed?
➧ Setting up for the 2021 season
2020 was interesting to say the least! If your team is like most, you either had to reluctantly cancel your season; or in an effort to provide some sense of normalcy for your athletes, you expedited a plan for a socially-distant or virtual meet season.
We are hopeful everyone will be able to move forward with their swim season in 2021. We’ve anticipated questions you may have based on how your 2020 season ended up, and have tips for you to consider as a precursor to your 2021 setup. ➞ See our 2021 Setup Considerations article for details.
