Starting Platforms

Our team is going to purchase new starting platforms to replace our old one. We are considering the S.R. Smith Varsity Deluxe (18 inch version) Starting Platform. We have a limited budget so we can only consider low cost options. I am hoping that there are some Swimtopia teams already using these starting platforms. If so, I would appreciate any comments on your experience with them, and whether you recommend them. Thanks in advance!

  I'm not sure that my comments will be helpful, but we will be purchasing S.R. Smith Velocity Single Post blocks. The facility is still under construction, so we don't yet have experience with the blocks. I know of a neighboring facility that does have that model of block.
