View Qualifiers for Time Standard Set

Teams that are looking for a way to see who has met certain Time Standards, or qualified for a meet with these Time Standards can use the following work-around to access this information.

You are going to set up a "dummy meet" that has these Time Standards applied and then view your Qualifiers Entry Report to view any athletes that have met the standards.

To get started, you will want to create the new meet naming it with the name of the Time Standard Set, and make sure you mark this meet as private.  Please choose a date at the end of your season for the meet to keep it near the bottom of your schedule for easy access and to be sure you capture ALL previously achieved meet times.

Now you will want to go to Meet Setup > Events and add all of the events that are found on your Time Standard.  If you have a Meet Template that matches the Time Standard, you can apply it.

Next, click on Entry Rules and apply the Time Standard Set to the meet as "Faster Than" and Save your changes.

Now move to Entries, and select Reports.  One of the options is "Qualifiers".  This report will list any athletes who have met the qualifying times for this Time Standard and which events they qualified in.

The Meet Entry Matrix will also show you who has qualified at a glance.  Those achieving the times will have a white entry box letting you know they are eligible to be entered in this event.
