Calendar Display Mode - Time-saving Configuration for your Members!

Are your parents having to scroll through a long list to find the next upcoming event, or are you hiding past events on the Schedule within your admin console to keep this from happening? 

Hiding meets on your schedule affects the information your members can obtain on past events within their account and on the mobile app, so there is a better way!

The schedule or event calendar page on your website has two display options:

• Current Season Only
• All Upcoming/Past Events

➧ Current Season Only

This is the default and will only display the events listed in the current season's date range, but this option requires that members scroll through the past events since they are listed in chronological order from oldest to newest.

This is the suggested configuration to keep your members from having to scroll through a list of past events to get to the current/upcoming events. The Upcoming Events are listed when the page is rendered, with a link to view Past Events.
