Medical Section in registration
I need a report that pulls a confirmation that all the parents agreed/digitally signed for Medical Section.
I checked Acceptance required to complete registration
and Requires Electronic signature.
How do I pull the report that shows they signed the form that I attached to that page?

Hi Casey, You will want to use the Emergency Binder Report found under the Member Information section on the Reports Page. This will allow you to view Athlete Information, Emergency Contact Information, Medical Conditions, and Treatment Consent per athlete. The report is formatted to be printed either hard copy or digital in a way that it can be easily put into a binder and provided to your coaches in case they need access to this information.
