Practice Signup Configuration Options - Using Merchandise on a Registration Form
You can use the merchandise feature to create your signup slots/sessions and you can use the merchandise limit feature when creating each slot to limit the number of signups. This setup allows members to see all options on one page and even register for multiple sessions at once.
If this is something that would be set for the season, then you should be able to do this with one registration form, but if it changes weekly, you could copy the original form to create a form for each week.
- Create Merchandise Items: Set up each session and price combination as a separate Merchandise item. For example, you would create "Session 1 - Member" and "Session 1 - Non-Member" as individual items with their respective prices.
- Set Limits: You can use the merchandise limit feature to control the number of signups for each session to ensure they don't go over capacity.(limits can only be set when an item has at least one option, such as sessions, or sizing)
- Add to Registration: Create one Registration Form and enable the Merchandise section to include your session "items." You can also rename the page to be "Sessions" instead of Merchandise.
Download the Registration Details report to have your list of signups. If you do this from the Report tab, you'll see all registrations combined from each form, but if you download the report from within View Registrations of each form, you'll only see registrations from that particular form.
