» WePay/PayPal Support Ending November 30, 2022: Stripe will be SwimTopia's only supported online payment vendor after this date. If your team has been using WePay (or PayPal for older customers), you will need to set up a Stripe account prior to opening your registration and/or online store (Premium feature).
Stripe is one of the largest and most advanced online payment processors in the world. Using Stripe will provide a better checkout experience for parents and enable easier remittance of league fees during online registration.

① Set up Your Stripe Account
The first step is to set up a Stripe Account in Settings > Stripe Account, where you'll follow the step-by-step Stripe Account Setup instructions. This is a simple, quick, process, provided you have the necessary information readily available.
» Note: Your Stripe account must be set up through your SwimTopia site. We are unable to connect to any other Stripe accounts except those created through our platform.
② Enable Stripe Payments in Your Registration Form(s)
Enable Stripe in your registration form to allow online payments. To do this, you will need to edit the “Payment” section of your Registration Form, and enable the new Stripe payment option.
③ Ensure League Fees Are Synced (if applicable)
If your league uses a Shared Acknowledgement Section (or Shared Waiver) to charge league fees, ensure you're using the most current league waiver on your registration form(s). If you had previously added your league's shared waiver to your form, you will likely need to remove and re-add that waiver to update it to the latest version.
» Note: This only applies to teams using their league's shared acknowledgement waiver with fees.
④ Online Store Sales
You'll also need to enable Stripe in your Online Store.
