June 16, 2020 7:00am CDT

- Ensure result time is recomputed immediately when any watch times change. Some users noticed that times could be entered, but the official and result times would be blank. This in turn would cause the event to remain in the 'seeded' or 'partial' state.

September 11, 2019 6:03pm CDT
- Fixed wrapping issues caused by long date descriptions. A long month name and two-digit day (e.g. "September 10, 2019") could trigger wrapping of the "printed" timestamp in report footers. This wrapped footer would be taller than usual which could trigger less-than-desirable layout issues, most notably it could result in 2-up timer sheets printing as 1-up instead.

- Added visual indicator when heat place, overall place or points are overridden by a judge's decision (a dark grey "dog ear" triangle in the top right, similar to the red entry change indicator)
- Moved the prev/next event up/down arrows to the right of the event number, to avoid accidental clicking/mouse over of event bar when going to click up/down between events.
- Minor tweak to the mobile app promotional text in the footer of most reports.

- Improved overall performance by minimizing data requested from the network. Should be most noticeable in athlete edit/scratch and report interface.
- Improved resiliency when network connection is lost or server errors are encountered. Pending changes are now saved locally and will survive window refresh or browser restart.
- Pending updates are now saved in smaller batches, preventing errors that could occur when a large number of pending updates were saved in one big batch.
- Improved handling of concurrent data editing. Now if one computer is inputting times and another is inputing DQs, they won't step on each others toes.
- Label reports are now available in the Desktop app. The first page of labels is generated as a preview and full PDF can be opened for printing.
- Fixed issue that would prevent mixed gender events from being displayed in athlete edit window.
- Swim-up entries are now automatically displayed in athlete edit window (previously these would only be displayed if the "Show swim-ups" box was checked)
- Fixed several minor issues found from review of error logs.
- Adds a line to the footer of most reports encouraging download of the SwimTopia mobile app.
Version 2.8.3 (Web only)
May 30, 2019 10:12am CDT

Version 2.8.2 (Web only)
May 29, 2019 7:54pm CDT

- Team Standings in run interface now update immediately after each result update
- Issue that could prevent course conversion factor from being properly applied to results has been fixed.
- Included all fixes and features since previous desktop release (2.7.0) into new Windows app installer.
Version 2.7.1 (Web only)
May 22, 2019 10:11am CDT
- Fixed issue preventing relay changes (specifically moving one or more athlete from one position to another) from being saved.
Version 2.7.0 (Desktop and Web)
May 16, 2019 8:28pm CDT
Download Latest Desktop Installer
- Fixed issue preventing data input when in "place entry" mode (where finish order is primarily determined by judged heat place rather than by time).
- Improved handling of Empty lane indication from Dolphin 5 software. Previously, if times were recorded by the watches and lane was marked as empty, the times would still be imported. Now the "empty" indication in the Dolphin console overrides, and times are not imported.
- Time improvement labels are now correctly filtered to individual events only. Prevents issue where athlete names would appear as "undefined" on relay time improvement labels.
- Fixed issue where blue/yellow/green Heat status could get out of sync with Event status.
