WePay provides detailed reports about your transactions, including a CSV export that can be used if you need to do an audit of funds paid/recieved.
Accessing WePay Data
To ensure you are logging into the correct account (some people are associated with more than one), we recommend doing so via your SwimTopia site (Manage Team > Settings > WePay Configuration > click your WePay account link > Login), but you may also go directly to http://wepay.com/login

Upon logging in you'll see a screen with the most recent transactions, including payments (and who the payment was from), and settlements (deposits to your bank account). There's also a menu item on the left called Reporting where you can download a CSV with payment and settlement details.
Auditing with SwimTopia Data
If you're trying to match that up with the registrations you've received, you can run a Registration Details report in your SwimTopia account:
- Go to Manage Team > Reports > Registration
- Click on Registration Details / Data Export
- Select the appropriate filters, then click the Generate Report button
From there, you can view details for each registration that has come in, you can click the Print button to print a report, or you can click on "Download Registration Data (csv)" to download a spreadsheet.
Once you have the reports from your WePay account and your SwimTopia account, you can match up the registrations.
