➧ Billing Contact Updates
SwimTopia sends renewal reminders to the email listed as your Billing Contact, so it's imperative that this remain up-to-date to avoid any disruption in service.
This is found in your admin console (Manage Team from your Welcome menu) under Settings > Billing Contact.
Product Support Options
We know most teams are managed by volunteers who are passionate about taking on the work to ensure families can enjoy their swim season. Our Customer Happiness Team is staffed with the same volunteers who have been Site Admin for our own teams. We understand how to help new team administrators focus on the important work first, but also have fun with the creative side of designing your team website.
We also know as volunteers, much of the work is done as you have time before and after your paying jobs or family responsibilities, so we have many options available to support our customers based on your needs, including video tutorials mentioned below.
See ➞ our Support Options article for details.
